How to Book

Booking a session is easy. All you need to do is:

Complete this contact form - I will respond within 48 hours.
Sign your customized proposal - or schedule a free consultation to ask questions.
Pay a 25% retainer
Your session is now booked!

Your Session

Once you've paid your 25% retainer and signed your docs:

Check-in - just before our session, I'll check in with you and go over all the details.
Day of - My favorite part of the entire process! Capturing the moments, helping you look your best. This is also the day the balance of your package is due (or up to 7 days after).

What You Get

You've done the work; now its time to see your beautiful photos!

Proofs - within 2 weeks after our session, you'll receive a proofing gallery to view.
Finally gallery - within 2 weeks of you accepting the proofs, you'll receive a final gallery with a personal online link (available to you for up to 12 months).

How long does it take after our session/wedding to receive our photos?

I do my best to delivery your photos within 2 weeks of the day we take photos! :)

How much is the retainer fee?

The retainer fee for all bookings is 25% of the total package fee.

Do you have insurance?

Yes, absolutely! We are covered.

Do you provide gift cards?

Yes! Contact me about gift cards.

Can I print all my photos?

Yes, you have the rights to all your photos in the package and can select an unlimited amount of high resolution sizes for large prints. I would highly recommend using these high resolution images if you plan to print anything larger than 8x10 inches.

Do you deliver every image you shoot?

No, I do not. I hand pick the best photos out of our session, helping you narrow down your choices for your package. I remove duplicate images, test shots, missed focused shots, unflattering shots and others that don't meet my quality standards.

Do you do destination weddings?

Yes, while I am based in Colorado I am available for travel all around the world! Pricing may vary depending on market travel prices.

How do you prepare for my venue?

If I haven't shot at your venue before, I will scout it out a day early to prepare for it as much as I can.

Do you shoot family portraits, headshots, product photography? Do you also cover Quinceaneras or Corporate Events?

Yes, I do! For six years I shot professional event, portrait and product photography so I am versatile in capturing any type of event.

Can I bring my dog to my session?

Do you even need to ask? Of course!!
